VGA port using the signal line maximum frequency of 25 MHz, its R, G, B line video signal is Vp-p, ID01, ID02, ID03, H-sync and V-sync video signal range of 0.3 to 5 Vp-p. The suppression capacitance of these lines should be considered.

Solution description:
As shown in the case, can use discrete MLCV, enable the circuit board layout is more flexible, such as to reduce the number of spare parts, can use two rail clamp.
